杜盈蓓（Beverly Tu）是一位服裝設計師及藝術家，出生於台北市，中學時即赴美求學, 畢業於美國紐約著名的服裝設計學院——帕森設計學院(Parsons School of Design)。畢業後Beverly常駐紐約，多次在美國大西洋城時裝週（Atlantic City Fashion Week）發表Bifoli2品牌設計(2019-2024)及參與不同的合作案。藝術作品及策展作品展出於紐約Central Park, El Barrio’s Artspace PS109, New York Live Arts, Chashama Space, Trestle Gallery, La Bodega Gallery, and Ground Floor Gallery。2022年獲得Leisa Rich Distinquished fellowship for fiber artists駐村機會前往The Hambidge Center for the Creative Arts &Sciences 。

Beverly Tu is a fashion designer and mixed-media artist currently based in Taiwan. She received her AAS in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design in 2017. Tu has showcased her collections at Atlantic City Fashion Week 2019-2024, StylePointe Fashion Show 2019, and Designer Runway competition 2017. Her other creative projects and curatorial works have been shown at Central Park, El Barrio’s Artspace PS109, New York Live Arts, Chashama Space, Trestle Gallery, La Bodega Gallery, and Ground Floor Gallery, among others. Tu was an Artist in Residence at Trestle Gallery in Brooklyn, NY and Brashnar Creative Project in Skopje, Macedonia in 2018. She participated in the NYFA immigrant artist mentoring program in 2019 and participated in the Bead Project at UrbanGlass in 2021. She was awarded The Leisa Rich Distinguished Fellowship for Fiber Artists in 2022 at the Hambidge Center for Creative Arts and Sciences. In 2023, She moves back to Taiwan and did artist in residencies at Lize Puppet Art Colony Residency in Yilan, Taiwan (June) and Cepo Art center residency in Hualien, Taiwan (October).
