JAN is a rising star illustrator and the creative soul behind Retro Cat. She specializes in illustrating vintage-style cat artwork and comics, characterized by a humorous, adorable style filled with positivity and warmth.

Passionate about drawing since childhood, JAN draws inspiration from her hometown, Kuching—also known as the “City of Cats.” In 2022, she created a comic series featuring three cat roommates and successfully established a unique visual style and brand identity. Her works not only showcase the aesthetic appeal of trendy art but also incorporate everyday humor, offering a sense of healing and connection in the fast-paced modern world.
