I am Nandita Pal, graphic designer and illustrator from Mumbai, India. I create traditional ink as well as watercolor illustrations and drawings and digital illustration using procreate. My work depicts memories, nostalgia towards places many of us visit as well as things that make us feel we belong somewhere. I have been working as a graphic designer since 2012 and in 2016 I started working on illustrations and drawings more. Currently I am trying to reach more audience for my work, sell my work as well as get approached for commissioned work for various illustration projects. In 2020, I worked on Adobe Residency Fund project and created 3 illustrations for them and also won the Huawei Watch Face award in International artist category. Last year I participated in Busan Illustration Fair and sold some of my original works as well as digital prints.
