Q : 可否販售展出作品或周邊商品?
A : 可以販售商品和作品。需要自行開設發票或是合法收據。
展會進行之販售行為,須符合台灣法規開立合法發票或是收據給予購買消費者。此事項皆根據【松山文創園區】之場地管理規範,若消費者所要收據發票請務必提供,以免違反消費者保護法,經檢舉會遭罰款,各參展者或是單位請務必準備發票或收據。(文具行可以買到各種不同格式的收據)
Q : 可否販售展出作品或周邊商品?
A : 主辦單位是否有刷卡機代收款項?或是可以代開發票或收據?
有。請提前請聯繫主辦單位或是至現場大會服務中心。刷卡機代收金額會有25%之服務費與手續費,7-10個工作日撥款。代開發票收據服務,有服務手續費15%。
Q : 展板可以做繪製/黏貼嗎? 撤場可以攜帶走嗎?
A : 展板可以進行畫(請使用水性塗料,如水泥漆、乳膠漆、壓克力顏料)、貼、黏。撤場不能攜帶展板走,展版尺寸 – 一面為 122cm (長) * 244cm (高)。
Q : 展板可以鑽/釘釘子嗎?
A : 可以。但絕不能鑿穿牆體( 展板厚度3公分)以免影響其他展出者,請留意展覽使用的釘子或螺絲釘長度。
Q : 展板材質與承重為何?
A : 展板材質為【白色,波麗露木板】,承重約 5~10 KG。
Q : 展板使用範圍?
A : 僅能使用展板內面。不能使用展板之側邊,以及背面。
Q : 展區是否可以懸掛作品?
A : 可以,但僅能掛輕型作品( 5 KG 內)於燈軌上。不能掛於建築其他地方,且不能影響其他參展者、逃生路線指示。主辦單位會提前提供場地配置圖,但因場地本身結構問題,無法保證展位於燈軌正下方。
Q:牆面輸出相關?
A:收到檔案如果有問題會一個一個檢查回覆確認,輸出進場會直接廠商貼好。
Q : 可否自行攜帶展板、桌、椅、展燈?
A : 可以。如果欲使用自備展覽軌道燈,亦需額外申請【電源】使用。
Q:桌子尺寸?
A:桌子尺寸 – 100 (長) * 60 (寬) 72 (高) 公分,桌面為白色。
Q : 是否有梯子、推車或是其他佈展工具可以借用?
A:主辦大會中心有部分佈展工具,但以展會整體為優先,無法確保可以借給所有參展者使用,請自行準備需要之佈撤展工具。
Q : 展覽期間一定要在位置上嗎?
A : 可以不用。但因為攸關參展者展品安全性、品牌形象等,建議都要有安排人力在展出期間。另外,請自行確保財務、展品安全性。
Q : 進、撤場時會有人協助佈展嗎?
A : 不會;請自行安排人力。
Q : 展出品、個人物品有保險嗎?
A : 沒有。請自行確保展出品與個人物品之安全性,或為展出品自行投保。
Q : 展出期間展品或是銷售物品需要每天收起來嗎?
A : 展覽於每日結束會統一展場會上鎖,並於每日開展前30分鐘開放參展者入場,請自行確保展出品與個人物品之安全性,如需寄存服務中心,會有額外的收費150cmx150cm內之物品一日NT.200。
Q : 請問展出的佈置有無任何參考與建議?
A : 可以參考歷年展覽的活動紀錄 https://www.facebook.com/TIFTAIWAN/photos_albums
Q : 有停車位或停車優惠折抵嗎?
A : 並沒有相關配套與優惠折抵。需自行繳納停車費用,可以停在【台北文創大樓收費停車場】、【台北大巨蛋收費停車場】或是【松山高中收費停車場】。
Exhibition FAQ
Q: Can I sell exhibited works or merchandise?
A: Yes, you may sell products and artworks. You must issue your own invoices or legal receipts. All sales activities during the exhibition must comply with Taiwanese regulations regarding the issuance of legal invoices or receipts to consumers. This requirement follows the venue management regulations of the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. If a consumer requests a receipt or invoice, you are legally required to provide one to avoid violating the Consumer Protection Act. Failure to do so may result in fines upon reporting. All exhibitors or units must prepare invoices or receipts.(You can buy receipts in various formats at stationery stores)
Q: Does the organizer provide credit card payment processing or services to issue invoices on our behalf?
A: Yes. Please contact the organizer in advance or visit the on-site General Service Center. Credit Card Collection: There is a 25% service and handling fee, and funds are disbursed within 7-10 working days. Invoice/Receipt Issuance Service: This service incurs a 15% service fee.
Q: Can I paint or paste items onto the exhibition panels? Can I take them with me during teardown?
A: You may paint (please use water-based paints, such as cement paint, latex paint, or acrylics), paste, or glue materials onto the panels. You cannot take the exhibition panels with you during teardown. Wall Size : 122 cm (W) x 244 cm (H) per side.
Q: Can I drill holes or use nails on the exhibition walls?
A: Yes. However, you must strictly avoid piercing through the wall (wall thickness is 3 cm) to avoid affecting other exhibitors. Please be mindful of the length of the nails or screws used.
Q: What are the material and load-bearing capacity of the exhibition walls?
A: The wall are made of White Poly-board (Polyester Plywood), with a load-bearing capacity of approximately 5–10 kg.
Q: Which parts of the exhibition wall can be used?
A: You may only use the inner face of the wall. The sides and the back of the wall cannot be used.
Q: Can artworks be suspended in the exhibition area?
A: Yes, but only lightweight works (under 5 kg) may be hung from the lighting tracks. Hanging items on other parts of the building structure is prohibited, and they must not obstruct other exhibitors or evacuation route signage. The organizer will provide a floor plan in advance, but due to the venue’s structural limitations, we cannot guarantee that your booth will be located directly beneath a lighting track.
Q: Regarding wall output/printing?
A: We will check received files individually and confirm if there are any issues. The wall output/printing to the walls before you enter the venue for setup.
Q: Can I bring my own exhibition panels, tables, chairs, or lights?
A: Yes. If you wish to use your own exhibition track lights, you must apply for an additional [Power Supply].
Q: What are the size of the table?
A: Table size: 100 cm (L) x 60 cm (W) x 72 cm (H). The tabletop is white.
Q: Are ladders, trolleys, or other setup tools available for borrowing?
A: The organizer’s service center has a limited supply of setup tools, but priority is given to the overall exhibition operations. We cannot guarantee availability for all exhibitors, so please prepare your own tools for setup and teardown.
Q: Is it mandatory to be at the booth during the exhibition?
A: It is not mandatory. However, considering the security of exhibits and brand image, we strongly recommend arranging staff to be present during exhibition hours. Additionally, please ensure the security of your own valuables and exhibits.
Q: Will there be assistance for setup and teardown?
A: No; please arrange your own.
Q: Are exhibits and personal items insured?
A: No. Please ensure the safety of your exhibits and personal items yourself, or purchase insurance for your exhibits independently.
Q: Do exhibits or items for sale need to be packed up every day during the exhibition?
A: The exhibition hall will be locked at the end of each day. Exhibitors will be allowed to enter 30 minutes before the opening of the exhibition each day. Please ensure the safety of your exhibits and personal belongings. If you need to store your items at the service center, there will be an additional fee of NT$200 per day for items within 150cm x 150cm.

Q: Are there parking spaces or parking fee validation/discounts available?
A: There are no related packages or fee validations. You must pay for parking yourself. You may park at the Taipei New Horizon Building Paid Parking Lot, Taipei Dome Paid Parking Lot, or Songshan High School Paid Parking Lot.
